Products are eligible for return if they are unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and reason for return.

The product must be securely packed and handed over to our courier partner at the time of pickup.
3. Refunds

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through bank transfer or other mutually agreed secure methods once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect after confirmation.
4. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, provided the replacement item is available.

If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned or refunded.
