Returns and Refunds Policy

At Callan Travels, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return if they are unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

  • Certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (this will be specified on the product page).

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and reason for return.

  • The product must be securely packed and handed over to our courier partner at the time of pickup.

3. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through bank transfer or other mutually agreed secure methods once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect after confirmation.

4. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, provided the replacement item is available.

  • If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned product is packaged properly to avoid damage during transit.

  • Callan Travels reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
